As Founder and President of Crescent Strategy, LLC, Susan uses the knowledge she gained at Central Pennsylvania College and the 15+ years of experience in social media marketing, targeted advertising, and public speaking she has added to her resume to help her clients boost their brand recognition and increase sales. For instance, she has helped organizations such as Stonebridge Financial Group, M28 Ministry U.S., and Feel Your Boobies Foundation, to name a few, to grow their business through strategic website development, social media marketing, and targeted advertising campaigns.

Susan keeps her skills and knowledge up to date in the ever-changing world of digital marketing through regular professional development opportunities and certifications. Dedication to her craft and commitment to the community has led to her being a recipient of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award in 2012 and the Women of Influence award in 2021.

When not running her business, Susan maintains a strong connection to the central Pennsylvania region she calls home by volunteering her time as a board member for M28 Ministry and the Feel Your Boobies® Foundation. Susan is also a busy mom, wife, and owner of rescue dogs.

Michael puts to work for his clients the knowledge and skills gained through his bachelor’s in corporate communication from Susquehanna University and his roles as advertising and e-marketing manager at Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts, director of sales and marketing at American Music Theatre in Lancaster, and digital director at Pennsylvania Department of General Services. With more than a decade in digital marketing and advertising, Michael brings energy to every project, balancing traditional and digital media strategies to help organizations meet long- and short-term goals.

Michael recognizes the need to keep his skills current and continuously expand his knowledge base. He currently holds certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads (Measurement, Display, Search, and Video certifications), AQ Digital Audio Advertising Principles, Waze Ads Fundamentals, SEO, and Inbound Marketing Certified Professional (with an honors distinction) from HubSpot Academy. This attention to detail has twice earned him the Gold Communicator Award from the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts and a Platinum Hermes Creative Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

In his free time, Michael uses the skills gained through his professional experiences to help local causes he cares about. For instance, he serves as Vice President of the Friends of Fort Hunter board and is the Director of Web & Art for #We Make Events North America. 

As Director of Public Relations, Toni Fitzgerald is an expert writer and editor with more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in streamlining complicated ideas and topics for a universal audience and has written for more than two dozen publications and edited books, magazines, and video scripts. One of her services is assisting ad agencies with strategizing. She provides copywriting services for businesses, agencies, universities, and law schools across the country.

As a Copywriting Assistant, Jessica Aiello has extensive professional experience in research, writing (i.e., grants, proposals, reports, newsletters, etc.), training, event planning, environmental education, and outreach. She boasts outstanding written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. 

The Director of Video Production for Crescent Strategy, award-winning videographer Ryan Wickersham brings more than a decade of production industry experience to the position. He has worked for some of the leading companies, schools, and governments in the region, including JPL, LampHouse Films, Harrisburg University, PSECU, and Make Films. Wickersham directed, produced, and edited two films that earned Platinum at the 2018 AVA Digital Awards, and he won first place in the 2017 AASHTO Transportation Communication Skills Contest. His Motorcycle Safety Video for PennDOT won Best Video Production from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators in 2017.
